In the pursuit of my creative talents, I’ve learned that you don’t always get paid for your creativity. Its as if the paperwork to be creative becomes more important then the jobs we do.
There are many logical talents but none that are being groomed to be the creative talent that drives innovation. Companies steel innovations, from selected ideas and merge into their own meanwhile the creative talents the ones that actually do the creation…Get left behind.
That’s when the innovation will begin because the creative talents strike out on there own for better or worse to do the innovations that get stolen by others.
Thoughts & Ideas,

The creative process is not like a situation where you get struck by a single lightning bolt. You have ongoing discoveries, and there’s ongoing creative revelations. Yes, it’s really helpful to be marching toward a specific destination, but, along the way, you must allow yourself room for your ideas to blossom, take root, and grow. Carlton Cuse
