We’re living in a world where inner peace and quiet is constantly being disrupted. It’s no wonder we have so many ADD kids and adults. Learning our coffee habits and drinking more caffeinated beverages than ever, where are we all headed? Even trying to get your chameleon skin on won’t protect you. Hiding in plain site is not an option. At least I wish it was. That’s why I think adults and kids alike find an escape playing one of several popular games. Yes, I can too but I have to leave those time sucking games alone. Before I know it the day will be over.

All of us need quite time to recharge and energize in ways that external influences will never understand. The influxes arrive jumbled and takes mediation or perhaps as an adult cannabis to calm and smooth out how we feel. The arrival in a full circle spectrum is par for the course.

As, an INFP I do pray for inner peace and happiness. Perhaps, someday I’ll achieve that.

Thoughts & Ideas,
Joseph Kravis

Never continue in a job you don’t enjoy. If you’re happy in what you’re doing, you’ll like yourself, you’ll have inner peace. And if you have that, along with physical health, you will have had more success than you could possibly have imagined. Johnny Carson
