When things get too hot in the kitchen. Get out before the biscuits get burned.
Thought I’d have some type of wisdom on that topic. But, not much. I guess the kitchen could be anything you want it to be. Life, Relationships, Work, Commuting… Life definitely has it’s ups and downs and I could tell hours of that journey. Not now though.
And, relationships will always be an issue when folks try and create each other in their image, some change is good but slow down. Work, has been more demanding than usual. As things automate, stress levels have picked up at most employers.
Commuting; why in the name in faster than fast internet must people continue to fight traffic both ways for employers that don’t value you? Are we people capital or plain assets? And, it’s getting more like that in most work places as automation strikes.
The stress to constantly perform on the job and in life has outstripped our abilities to actually learn and progress in a way that allows for continued growth and success. Not only will automation increase the stress, what are you doing to relearn new skills and abilities that will allow you to be who you are but at a stress level that works for you.
Are we not living other peoples dreams now?

If you don’t think your anxiety, depression, sadness and stress impact your physical health, think again. All of these emotions trigger chemical reactions in your body, which can lead to inflammation and a weakened immune system. Learn how to cope, sweet friend. There will always be dark days. Kris Carr
