Sacrifice Hardship Depression are true words for me. It seems I’ve given up so much of myself over the years that I sometimes wonder if I’m the same person or will ever be the same person. Or, when I finally can feel less anxious and if I’ll ever regain some of my life. Being in a state of funk for over 40 years, I’m ready for something new.

Continuing Life Drama

Staying on the course of stress can put you into an early grave. Well, I also think working more then 3 days a work will do the same thing. 🙂 But, seriously, as a desk jock most of my life, the toll is undeniable.

Reaching Out

You know most people won’t reach out when going thru mind boggling issues. Why should we? Others have problems too. Why burden them with your issues.

However, to prevent or minimize stress, one must take some steps to prevent it. These steps can be simple things like doing simple things every day before work or in a room filled with silence.

You must not rely on these simple things alone.

The only way to avoid suffering from the effects of stress is to do some kind of stress training.

You can do this on your job or you can join a private gym like CrossFit.

You will find several stress free ways to do it. I find the best way to learn is to just take the simple steps to reduce stress.

That way you will be on a path of recovery and not ending up in the ER as an acute stress reaction.

What is Stress Injury Recovery Plan?

To help avoid any stress reactions like those that can occur when recovering from a trauma (such as a car accident) there are several types of recovery plan you can use.

Find one that works for you. I’m doing the best I can and learning a lot of great information.

30 YEARS SOBER

Today October 14, 2019, I have 30 years Sober. Something that I’m very grateful for. The road has been hell. Getting my mind back, all the people I’ve pushed out of my life and then there are those that are gone that I should have made amends too. WT F. Sacrifice Hardship Depression

All we actually have is the hear and now. It’s taken me awhile and still I wonder what the “NOW” is. But, I do believe that If I don’t stay in the now, there won’t be a future and the past will remain a series of memories.

The few friends who’ve remained my friends thru ups, downs, distance and thoughts, Thank you!
