Surprise Surprise Surprise Midnight Snacks Again! Now that I have some time to experiment I like making my own snacks. I call this mixture, orange berry chocolate crunch peach surprise. With healthy hemp seeds as an extra.

Which the following ingredients.

a third cup of almonds,

a quarter cup of hemp seeds,

2 tablespoons of cocoa nibs,

2 tablespoons of brown sugar,

a quarter cup of dehydrated peaches,

a few drops of orange flavoring,

a few drops of blue food coloring.

Blend in a blender, until all ingredients are small pieces rather than a paste or with flower consistency. The few oil‘s from the hemp seeds and almond seeds hold it together a little bit which is nice.

Eat all by itself, as a topping for ice cream, pancakes, oatmeal and a whole lot of other things. Is fairly healthy to some people. Some might not see the sugar as good. SO… It’s balanced with the almonds and hemp seed. They both have oils and protein.

I occasionally blend walnuts with other flavorings as well as hazelnuts. So far I like them all the best! :-). You can even sprout almonds by putting a cup of them in a quart of water overnight. Next morning drain the water and you have almost ready to blend in juice or just eat by themselves.
